Below we show you information taken from the goverment trek permit .It shows the availability of trek permit in real time for teh inka trail .It’s indispensable to get this trek permits for the clasic 4 day inca trail, the shoter 2 day inca trail and 7 day Slakantay inca trail. For each day there is a maximun of 500 trek permits that are given by the goverment in wich trekking staff are included so on average theres about 200 trek permits for tourist and about 300 for guides, cooks, and porters. Others treks as Lares Valley, Ausangate, Choquequirao and 5 day Inca trail by Santa Teresa do not need trek permits. Another important thing to remember is that if you see spaces on the date that you are checking above 200 you have some time to decide your trip, but be carefull because it can happend that the rate that the spaces drop Stara to increase. The last 100 spaces usually are sold in a day or so.This is the razon why it is recommended to book your inka trail as far in adevance as posible.
